No. Upon first disbursement from financial aid, students can apply funds via credit card (including HigherOne card), cash or money order and sign up for a Declining Balance Plan.
Students may add dollars to their Declining Balance Plans by calling 518-629-7174, emailing J.Henesy@hvcc.edu, visiting HVCC Dining Services, or online at www.primebusinessdining.com/hvcc.
Students must immediately report lost cards to Public Safety and obtain a new student ID card. Failure to report lost cards could result in unauthorized meal charges to your account.
All Declining Balance Plans are non-refundable. Funds will roll from Fall semester to Spring semester to Summer semester. All unused funds at the end of the Summer semester will be forfeited.
