How does the Declining Balance Plan save me money?

The Declining Balance Plan offers 8% sales tax savings to give you more buying power!

Do you have options available for vegan and vegetarian students?

Yes. Daily there will be vegetarian and vegan options available at all of our venues.

Can I use financial aid money for the meal plan?

No. Upon first disbursement from financial aid, students can apply funds via credit card (including HigherOne card), cash or money order and sign up for a Declining Balance Plan.

How do I add additional dollars to my Declining Balance Plan?

Students may add dollars to their Declining Balance Plans by calling 518-629-7174, emailing J.Henesy@hvcc.edu, visiting HVCC Dining Services, or online at www.primebusinessdining.com/hvcc.

Help! I lost my Student ID card!

Students must immediately report lost cards to Public Safety and obtain a new student ID card. Failure to report lost cards could result in unauthorized meal charges to your account.

Can I get a refund?

All Declining Balance Plans are non-refundable. Funds will roll from Fall semester to Spring semester to Summer semester. All unused funds at the end of the Summer semester will be forfeited.
