Our philosophy of providing culinary-trained chefs in all areas of the cafeteria, offering a higher level of food expertise is paramount to our success.
For each account, market research is performed of the employees to discern dining preferences and of the local market area to get a broad understanding of what dining options are currently available. Then our culinary network, led by the account Executive Chef, would meet to design serving stations that would best appeal to the specific account's workforce.
These flexible concepts would be in the front and back of the house to allow PRIME Business Dining to change offerings based on culinary trends and tenant demographics.
Unlike other food service companies which usually have just one or two chefs on-site, our food philosophy is to have Culinary-Trained Chefs in all areas of our cafés. We feel this higher level of expertise is paramount in delivering an exceptional culinary experience for all employees.
